Warranty Coverage

We provide quality warranty services for all officially sold footwear products. All products are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure qualified quality, complete workmanship, and normal use function.

Warranty Terms

For product quality problems, workmanship defects, and functional damage that occur under normal daily use conditions, customers can apply for after-sales verification and processing through the official contact channel. We will provide targeted solutions including replacement, repair, or refund according to the actual product situation.

Non-Warranty Scope

Damage caused by personal improper use, artificial collision, excessive wear, private modification, and non-human daily use scenarios is not within the warranty scope. Conventional wear and slight appearance changes generated by normal long-term use are normal product characteristics and not included in warranty processing.

Warranty Application

All warranty applications need to be initiated through the official contact page. Customers need to provide valid product pictures and order information for verification, and we will complete the assessment and processing as soon as possible.
